The theatre of Imagination moves the performance into the minds of the audience: the description of the events is projected onto a screen. The imagined stage action - famous, real productions - is as exciting or boring as our imagination.

Ten'-theatre

The Ten'-theatre, known today for its distinctive style, was founded in Moscow in 1988 as the first family theatre in Russia by the husband-and-wife team of Maya Krasnopolskaya and Ilya Epelbaum. The first performance, a shadow theatre production of The Magic Flute, gave the theatre its name ("Ten'" means "shadow" in Russian). However, the theatre's productions are by no means limited to this genre; in addition to puppet and shadow plays, a wide variety of theatrical forms and techniques are used. Since its inception, Ten'-theatre has participated in more than 90 Russian and international theatre festivals, incorporating opera, ballet, and even thrillers, among others, as well as other art forms such as visual and cinematic elements. Ten'-theatre has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Russian theatre award "Golden Mask" ten times. On tour, the theatre has shown its productions in China, France, Germany, India, Korea, and Turkey, among other countries.
