Rethinking Beethoven X
The 27 April, 2020 concert has been rescheduled to 6 March, 2021. Tickets from the original concert will be honored on the new date.
"Rethinking Beethoven X" was the working title of Jens Joneleit's new composition, which revives Beethoven’s sketches for his 10th Symphony. It will be premiered by Beethoven expert Jan Caeyers and his orchestra Le Concert Olympique in Berlin, and accompanied on the programme by Schubert’s “Unfinished” Symphony No. 8 and Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5.
