Das Stück erforscht die komplexe Beziehung zwischen Menschen und Maschinen. Es erzählt die Geschichte von Drone, die in beiden Welten gleichermaßen lebt und weder die Liebe und ihre eigenen Gefühle, noch ihre Motive und ihre Rache versteht, nachdem sie von den Menschen betrogen wurde.

Die Aufführung verbindet eine Drone-Punk-Ästhetik mit Elementen aus Comics, Sounddesign und queerem Sprechgesang, um den merkantilen Anti-Helden Dr. Stoner zu kritisieren, der in den Tiefen des Anthropozäns gefangen ist.

DMITRY MELKIN

director, actor, and educator

Melkin is a graduate of the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA). Since 2007, he has been an actor and director at Liquid Theater. He is a laureate of the National Theater Award "Golden Mask" in the "Experiment" category. Since 2011, he has led the LOW TECH studio and is a resident of the Meyerhold Center.

Melkin has created productions such as Solaris, Palms, In Praise of Idleness, and others. He studied biomechanics under Alexey Levinsky. As a director and educator, he taught at the Moscow Art Theatre School in Dmitry Brusnikin's workshop. His production of The Forest received numerous positive reviews from critics and earned five stars at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

In 2015, Gladstone graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School (under the guidance of D.V. Brusnikin). He also studied at Bob Wilson's Laboratory (New York). As an actor, he has appeared in the productions of Lorem Ipsum, A Man from Podolsk, Seryozha Is Very Stupid (directed by Marina Brusnikina), The Snow Drift (directed by Yuri Kvyatkovsky), This Is Also Me. Verbatim (directed by Dmitry Brusnikin and Yuri Kvyatkovsky), and Demons (directed by Mikhail Mokeev and Mikhail Rykhlin).
