BEING ADAM: EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC OF CENTRAL ASIA

November 24, 2024 , 19:00

This project offers a rare opportunity to admire the diversity of the rapidly growing music scene in Central Asia. The concert is accompanied by a panel discussion.
Adam, the eternal wanderer, traverses the cyclical journey in which the forces of Light and shadow intertwine and shape his spirit. Every step through this labyrinth leaves an indelible imprint and leads to a deeper understanding of what it means to be a human being. His soul, like a canvas, is connected to the Wisdom painted on the surviving tests that embody the essence of „Adam bol!“ – „Be an Man!“ revealed. This moral code, a compass through the centuries, was his Leitstern, a lighthouse in the fog of uncertainty and turmoil.

But now, as Adam faces the storm of our time, a storm that threatens to engulf him, To undermine the core of its essence begins the clarity of its moral compass. To fade away. He stands at the threshold of two worlds: One path lures him back to his roots. Origins, to the roots that once nourished his soul and gave it a rebirth. Promises of the spirit; the other lures him into an unexplored future, an empire in which he could either rediscover himself or risk losing the essence of his To lose humanity.

Ensemble Mosaik carefully collects the fragments of Adam's spiritual world in order to reconstruct it. to weave a new narrative and create a renewed understanding of what It means being a human being in a world that is constantly changing and redefining itself.

Dedicated to Bettina Junge (1968-2024)
